HOMAGE did an outstanding job designing the gym at The Alyn. They have also managed the facility with great success since The Alyn's opening in 2019. Developed by Gordon Property Group (GPG) and located at 152 E. 87th St. in Manhattan, The Alyn is a boutique, luxury rental building with 56 units. HOMAGE thoughtfully crafted a gym that has a distinct aesthetic and an array of equipment that suits all comers, from casual gym users to hard-core lifters to cross-training enthusiasts. Based on renter surveys, residents rated the quality of the gym as the highest value in the building. The facility is a genuine differentiator. Not many buildings, large or boutique, have this high level of equipment and design. The gym is not just for rainy days or a quick workout- it is equivalent, if not superior, to outside, dedicated facilities. The amenity has certainly played a role in The Alyn's high retention rates. Despite its limited number of units, HOMAGE trainers have developed a strong following in the building.
